RECOVERING FROM A BAD RENTER

Megan Webb - Thursday, September 8, 2016

A bad renter can do so much damage in such a short amount of time. Take a look at these BEFORE photos from a home that was literally trashed by a renter. I am so glad to say that the renter was not placed by House 2 Rent.

It's going to be OK. The fridge is clean (it's a miracle!), the floors have been scrubbed and the house is going on the rental market for more than what the owners were getting with another management company.

So the next time you hear an owner moaning and groaning because of a rotten renter, tell them to call me, Megan Webb, the pro in property management.
