It's going to be OK. The fridge is clean (it's a miracle!), the floors have been scrubbed and the house is going on the rental market for more than what the owners were getting with another management company.
I love what I do especially when I see the Before and After pics from an abused house that have been transformed into something I would be proud to call home.
