I'm an investor, just like you! I started buying rental property in 2006 to have tangible assets that provide monthly cash flow and to prepare for retirement. Little did I know, fixing and renting properties would become a real passion. I may be crazy for wanting to spend my spare time painting and ripping out old carpet, but I just love it!

For the past 15 years I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker full time and juggling my own rental property "on the side." As you know the calls for repairs all the “to do’s” can quickly become a full time job. I am not only a licensed Real Estate Broker but also a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute A professional designation that may just be words to most but I have committed to learning about my industry and spend hours in classes keeping up with rules and regulations.

As a Marion native, Alicia definitely knows the area well! Her extensive knowledge of Southern Illinois Helps her match tenants with properties they truly love. She is a wife to Bryan, mother of 3 kids and 1 feisty chihuahua, Marco. She recently sold their house and is currently a renter while they build their dream home at the lake. She quickly remembered how stressful a move could be and goes above and beyond to make every transaction smooth as possible. She enjoys traveling the world but is always glad to return to the small town feel of Marion. Alicia also co-hosts local short term rentals which involves supervising the cleaning and maintenance team. She enjoys welcoming guests to ensure they have a great personal experience.
